This thing is unbelievably fast and easy to set up. No assembly required, it just pops up like a Jack-in-the-box. Folding up just takes a few seconds more, and it's small enough to stuff in a linen closet or on a shelf.
The tent itself seems very well made. I've been using it with my border collie for several weeks and it's still like new.
My only complaint is that the storage bag is not as well made as the tent. It ripped the second time I used it, and now I just use a bungee cord to keep the tent from popping up in the closet.

Good space and room for my dog. His toys and bed pillow can all fit inside and still there is plenty of space.
The packaging and install were easy enough. My only complaint is the sun riser on the outer sides of the tent. I could not figure out how to get them to stay up, in order for my dog to see out of the tent. I was able to prop the one in the front up, but the ones on the sides keep falling down.
