If you like extra firm mattress, this is definitely the best sleeping pad for camping at this price point. I bought one when it was on sale. After trying it for one night, I immediately placed an order for one more before the deal is gone. the firmness of the sleeping pad is perfect for me. The only negative thing is how hard it takes to deflate and put it back to the bag... If camping during summer, deflating and putting it away within the tent feels like doing hot yoga.
We bought 2 of these in 2019 and we have been using them every summer for 4 years (we go camping at least 3 times a year) I used to hate sleeping in the tent so these are my life saver!! Putting them back in the bags were tricky at first but now I know how and its no problem.
Makes camping comfortable
I bought this sleeping pad for my annual camping trip. Easy to set up, no hassle. No disappointment.
It was fine inside the van. Maybe a bit thinner than I would have preferred, but I really got this for the R value to keep the cold from running up through my air mattress. It is a bit unwieldy and the valves are just large enough to not allow my inflator to properly work on them. So...it's "OK" not great.
