I purchased two Orchid C20 chairs with footrest. One of the footrests had stitching coming loose. I contacted customer service and Vicky helped me to get a replacement. She kept me updated throughout the process and I never had to ask. Thank you.

Setup is fairly intuitive, but I watched a KingCamp instruction video just in case. Unfortunately, I still accidentally bent four legs before realizing it. I knew that it was supposed to take some effort to set up, but I guess I went overboard.

The wingnut bolts on the side of the legs can be loosened with the included hex wrench. After damaging some legs, I realized that I needed to loosen each wingnut bolt 1.5 full turns. This means the legs aren’t perfectly vertical and the feet won’t sit flat (more weight on inside edges of feet).

I imagine I’ll need to retighten the wingnuts some after a few uses as the cot fabric stretches. This should make the legs more vertical again.

I really like the cot. Just wanted to put this out there so other first time cot users like myself don’t damage their new camp bed on the first use!

We purchased one of these chairs on Amazon in June 2024, and we're kicking ourselves for not buying two. The chair is super comfortable, and although a bit heavy, it is definitely a favorite of ours. Looking forward to hopefully being able to purchase another when they become available again.

Owned this tent for two years great for hot tent camping very warm dependable in rough weather had it down to -20F and with my med winnerwell wood stove did great stayed nice and toasty all around great tent!

Wir sind sehr angetan von diesem Sofa, welches wir vor allem für Camping-Urlaube nutzen wollen. Aber auch im Garten macht es eine gute Figur.
Aus schwerem, belastbaren Gewebe gefertigt, fühlt es sich gut an und steht stabil. Eine Unterlage zur Vermeidung von Beschädigungen durch spitze Gegenstände ist empfehlenswert.
Die beiden inneren Luftpolster sind stabil und lassen sich mit einer Akku-Pumpe oder einer Handpumpe (für Luftzelte) in wenigen Minuten aufpumpen.
Auch zu zweit mit rund 180 kg belastet, ist das Sofa außerordentlich bequem und ist auf dem Campingplatz ein echter Hingucker!
Was noch fehlt, ist eine Angabe des empfohlenen und/oder maximalen Luftdrucks in bar oder PSI.

Bought this for the convenience. I would recommend using it with a memory foam mattress. You will feel the center support no matter what, but it's not designed for you to lounge on it in the center. It seems to be a good quality build. It also has electric straps on it to help keep a mattress centered on it. It's fairly easy to setup alone. Make sure to follow the instructions that are fixed to the inside of the storage bag. It sits higher than I expected.

We unfolded, folded and put it back in the bag after two nights of camping. Success! Nice for lounging or just keeping your stuff off the ground when outdoors.

The best travel blanket there is. So cozy and warm and BIG yet fills into nothing. So light and easy to carry.

We are traveling the second time with the Khan Palace and enjoy the weeks of high quality and a lot of space inside the tent.
Rainy days are no problem within the main- room, besides the sleeping inner tents which are ideal for a dark night in sunny areas.
Also the tarp fits ideal als all together is a highlight at the camping side for everybody.
We are very satisfied and recommend the type of tent lots.

After reading reviews, we went with this one, as the bar in the center wasn't a concern. We use an RV bunk mattress that folds. We also have thin single air mattresses that connect together. With all of that, it was a good sleep. We really loved that the cot is elevated enough to stash our bags under it, keeping the tent more organized. We have a 9x14 foot tent, and with this cot, still have space for a small folding table and 2 chairs, with space to move around.

Easily fit two grown cane Corso, and two adults in a wall tent. Perfect.

Took this tent on my first camping excursion on my birthday week 09-13 October and OMG, I loved it! Kudos! The only problem was the unclear set up instructions.

Keeps you warm easy to clean with a wet clothe towel easy to roll and store

It's impressively sturdy and even comes with some thoughtful extras like a book pocket, a comfy pillow, and a convenient carry strap. While the cushion is best suited for indoor use and isn't water-resistant, it adds a touch of coziness. The lounger itself is perfect for reading or lounging, and although it might not be designed for a nap, it provides ample comfort. I do find that if you're in direct sunlight, you'll sink in a bit, but it's a small trade-off for such comfort.

My cat has taken a liking to just the mesh, which is an added bonus! And when it's time to tidy up, it folds up neatly for storage. I do wish there was a designated spot for the cushion during storage or transport, but overall, I see this lounger lasting for seasons to come. It's a wonderful addition to my outdoor setup!
